CCC Exam Registration is open

Application Submission flow:

Click on "Register" button at the end of Instructions.
Fill all information in the form and click on “Register & Generate Form” button.
Check your photo, Application No and Barcode then print the generated form.
You can fill challan details afterwards by Login till Last Date for Edit Application.
Submit filled form with attestation and attachment to GTU before Last Date of Hard copy submission. If you send incomplete form to GTU, it will be rejected.

Registration is open from :  31/12/2014 To 03/01/2015
Last Date for Edit Application :  05/01/2015
Last Date for Hard Copy Submission at GTU :  10/01/2015

Instructions.

An applicant has to fill correct data so that Exam Centres and Hall Ticket can be alloted correctly.
An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or)
Rs.100 for Theory only (or)
Rs.100 for Practical only in any SBI branch (or) online Payment.
Please read carefully Fee Payment instruction.
To make online payment through the link given below use your Application number as Registration number.
Please write SBI collect reference number in text-box of Challan/transaction number(Starts with "DU"). Please write "SBI" as branch name in case of debit/credit/internet banking payment.

In case of debit/credit/internet banking payment E-receipt of transaction must be attach with the application, and in case of cash payment please attach Depositor copy of challan. Please keep one copy(Xerox) with you for further reference.
Please attach photo Id proof document with the application, otherwise your application will be rejected.
Application form has to be filled up online & the printout duly signed by the candidate and Head Of Department with Stamp.
Candidate has to submit the application form along with fees challan(Depositor Copy) to GTU on or before 10/01/2015 .
Venue of Exam will be announced on our web-site: ccc.gtu.ac.in
An applicant must submit their application in GTU personally or send to GTU via Post to: "The Registrar, Gujarat Technological University Nr.Vishwakarma Government Engineering College Nr.Visat Three Roads, Visat - Gandhinagar Highway Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424 - Gujarat”.
GTU is not responsible for any postal delay.
Application received after Last Date of Submission will be Rejected.
Your submission must have :
- Application Printout, with proper Attestation of candidate and HOD with Stamp.
- Original Copy of Challan(Depositor Copy).
- Photo ID proof (Voter card/Driving license/ PAN card/Passport/Adhar Card) any one.
- Please write "CCC Exam Form" on top of the Envelop.
Before printing the registration form, Please verify that Barcode and Photo is properly displayed or not.
If photo is not visible , then stick the photo in the form & also mail the pasted (scanned) photo along with your Application No. to ccc@gtu.edu.in, If photo is visible then photo can’t be changed.

હાલમાં સીસીસીનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન નીચેનામાંથી કોઇપણ એક લાભથી ૩૧મી માર્ચ ૨૦૧૫ સુધીમાં વંચિત રહિ ગયેલ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે જ શરૂ કરેલ છે.
